The academic convocation was one of the highlights of the university's 116th Founding Week celebration, made even more noteworthy by the presence of Commissioner Aldrin A. Darilag, Chair of the NORSU Board of Regents. Dr. Darilag conveyed his highest appreciation for NORSU's contribution to the world's and the region's elite professional population. According to the Commissioner, the achievements of the university are testimonies of its commitment to provide excellent instruction, relevant, responsive research and extension, and quality-assured production through highly motivated and competent human capital. The commissioner expressed his full support for NORSU as it pursues its goal of becoming a vibrant and competitive university.
