THE STUDENTAFFAIRS OFFICEThe NORSU Student Affairs Office (SAO) which is located at the Student Center shall supervise and coordinate all student organizations and activities. The Student Services Office handles and gives assistance in the following matters, among others: Student Identification (ID) Card. It takes charge of the issuance and validation of student ID. Insurance. It assists the students on their insurance claims. Mail Services. It collects all mails and parcels of students using the school as their mailing address. Upon reaching the Student Affairs Office, the mails and parcels are sorted out the lists is posted at the bulletin boards for the information of students. Lost and Found Articles. It takes care of found articles and returns them to the students who claim ownership of the said articles. Student Organizations and Activities. It is responsible for the supervision of all registered student organizations, and their activities, within or outside the campus Complaints. It attends to complaints lodged by a student, a faculty, and other aggrieved parties against a student. If the complaint is against a faculty or a staff member or an ad-ministrator, the Student Affairs Office shall forward the complaints to the proper school authority. Notices and Posters. It issues clearance to any student or organization that wishes to post announcements, notices, or posters within the school premises. |
