FIRST YEAR STUDENTS

All First Year applicants must present the following requirements:

1. NORSU Entrance Examination Result
2. English Qualifying Examination Result
3. Form 138 (High School Report Card)
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. Two copies of Birth Certificate
6. Four 2" x 2" colored pictures with white background and student's name printed at the back (Insert these inside a short ordinary mailing envelope)
7. For Valedictorians and Salutatorians: Certification of honors received duly signed by the High School Principal
8. Three long-size brown envelopes
